Jacqueline has a passion for movement, knowledge in how the body moves, and how this enhances our well-being. She believes teaching the body and mind to work together helps balance our life physically, emotionally and spiritually.
She began her journey to Pilates through dance at age 3, she has formal dance training in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Pointe and studied dance throughout grade school and high school. Then went on to obtain a BFA in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University where she also studied The Method of Pilates all four years. After college and a year dancing in San Francisco, she completed her Pilates certification through the PhysicalMind Institute in New York City, and went on to obtain a Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body University (Sacramento).  She co-owned a Fort Worth Pilates studio for 9 years and continues to teach at a local studio. She has been teaching small group classes and private, duet, and trio classes in Fort Worth since 2002. Over the years, Jacqueline has worked with men and women between the ages of 15 to 90 years old, professional and college baseball players, avid cyclists, golfers, clients with neurological issues, such as Parkinsons, MS, strokes, post- rehab clients, and clients with balance issues, back pain and much, much more
